End of the UK Trip

The end of the two week stay in the UK for the four members of Kickstart FC, Barbados ended with all four finishing and passing the final part of their FA level One Coaching Course to become qualified coaches. Tony Hall, Rahein Sargeant, Elsid Miggins and Antone Ellis all completed the course with a high pass mark. In addition to this acheivement, the players were invited back to the UK at the start of next season to train and play in the UK. Despite the terrible weather in the UK, all four enjoyed the trip and the experiences they had while there.

On their return to Kickstart FC they will start to put into practice what they have learned. T.E.A.M. Management Director Derek Spence has put together a coaching programme for Tony Hall to impliment at the club which will be followed up on the T.E.A.M. coaching visit in February when the programme will be expanded further and plans will be put into place to take other talented players from Kickstart FC to the UK. The Kickstart club hope to take part in the Copa Riviera International Tournament in Devon from the 24th of July 2010 if a sponsor can be found, when it is hoped the boys will return to take up their places in the UK training and coaching.
